We booked through Agoda and arrived at a locked building with no contact number or check-in information. The number Agoda eventually provided didn't connect us to anyone, and the email address wasn't valid either. Agoda's customer service was lovely and helped us get a refund, but everything else about this booking was a nightmare. It was far more trouble than it was worth. Save yourself the headache and refund delay, and book down the road with Quest instead.

Katrina, the house keeper, was a lovely host. We stayed five nights and will definitely come back next year. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and nicely decorated, in a new building. It's centrally located, close to shops and easy to reach the train station to Melbourne.

I enjoyed staying here while working in Melbourne. Everything was clean and tidy, and Katrina was such a good, helpful person.

There was plenty of space, and the apartment was clean. The woman handling check-in was excellent to deal with. Its position was perfect, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a grocery store. I'll check back in next time I'm in the area.
