Being close to Coles and a petrol station made this a handy stop for travellers, and we had a good stay. The room was as expected for the price, with two single beds and a queen, and one of them was super comfortable. It was also helpful to have utensils in the room. We could do with better floors and bathroom drainage, though. We arrived very late after a long drive and had trouble with the key locker. The office was closed, but when I called, the manager came straight over and stayed until we were safely inside. Travelling with my kids, I really appreciated that.

We booked for five, but the room only had space for four, so my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. The sheets and shower were mouldy, and there was mould inside the bin as well. At the price they charge, that level of cleanliness and care is unacceptable. Our stay at Kurri Kurri Motel was extremely disappointing. I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

The room had hair on the bathroom walls, mould, and a light with cardboard wedged behind it. Even the teabag had already been opened. The bed was on wheels without a lock, so it kept rolling around. I've never had a motel bed do that before. We booked through Agoda and got an email confirming a queen bed, but the motel's confirmation said double. When I pointed out at checkout that the bed wasn't a queen, staff just said it was. We have a queen at home, and this definitely wasn't one. Literally the worst accommodation I've stayed at. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Josh was amazing and greeted us like old friends. The room was lovely and quiet, and they have a great menu with room service.

We booked through Qantas for the last weekend of May, but the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The table was so dirty we couldn't even use it for dinner. In the morning, someone knocked at 9:55 to ask if we were leaving, with checkout not due until 10. We walked out at 10:04 while a staff member watched, which felt uncomfortable and rushed. It wasn't a welcoming or relaxing stay, and fell well short of what we expected from booking through Qantas.
