The kids especially loved the pool, including the bubbly heated spa, and we enjoyed chatting with the friendly long term residents. We were sad to leave our home away from home. The staff were lovely and helpful from check-in to check-out, and although the building is older, it’s well kept, clean, and welcoming. Our room and beds were comfortable and clean, with thoughtful things like a full fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and vacuum. Free WiFi was handy. The park and a fish and chip shop are across the road, and we loved the location. We’ll definitely stay again!

Absolutely awful stay. The apartment was filthy, with a leaking washing machine, faulty fans and lights, a broken bed, and bally sheets. And that’s not even the whole list.

Getting into the apartment was really straightforward, even though we arrived and left outside normal business hours. It’s very spacious and clean, and the central location made it ideal for a family stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it 👌.

The pool was a hit for families, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Sandcastles on the Broadwater gave us a relaxing, memorable stay that was better than we expected. The apartments were spacious, clean and well equipped, and the location made it easy to get to local attractions. The views were stunning too. Highly recommend this gem!

Our family of five had a great time at Sandcastles. The room was a little older, but it was clean and comfortable, and we’ll definitely be back. The pool was amazing and the kids spent heaps of time in it. The location is ideal if you want to be close to the attractions without staying in the heart of Surfers :)
