We had to leave early because of a medical emergency at home, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was lovely, the staff were lovely, and the location was great. We stayed here two weeks ago and will definitely return next year to finish our holiday.

Reception is only open from 8.30 to 5.30, so good luck if you need help outside those hours. The room was old, with a lounge so uncomfortable I had to sit on a dining chair. Don’t use the extra two single beds or they’ll charge you for them. The bed sheets were old and tatty, cockroaches came out in the bathroom when we turned on the lights at night, and there was no water in the fridge. My wife and I stayed here from 20-22 October. When we went to the Philippines, we got a 3 star hotel called 101 in manila that was 10 times better for half the cost. Shame on you grand apartments, this was a big rip off. It’s disgusting, don’t stay here. This place is a joke.

I’m a travel agency owner and recently had a lovely family stay at your apartments, though I haven’t stayed there myself. My clients were disappointed to find the pool out of action. I understand the recent weather events may have caused this, but it would’ve been good to be told beforehand. I’ve also emailed several times about different matters and haven’t received a single reply.

The two-bedroom apartment had plenty of space, and it was handy having a restaurant downstairs. We could cook dinner there too, and every room had air conditioning. But I wasn’t told before arriving that the pool and spa were out of action. I’d booked an ocean-view room and ended up on level 4, looking at a palm tree, with a lot of noise from the bar below. This was in May 2025.
