Our family holiday ended early because room 14 was full of fleas. We were booked from 28/12/15 to 2/1/16 but left after enduring three nights, despite paying for five. The place was dusty too, and there was no smoke alarm. Now we're home early and all covered in flea bites. One word for that room: PUTRID. I'll NEVER stay there again.

The room was great, with a full kitchen stocked with all the cookware, cutlery, plates and glasses you’d need, plus a fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There’s a washing machine and dryer too if you want to do laundry. We were there on the weekend of the 16-18th February. I’ll be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. The self-contained one-bedroom unit was a nice size and had washing facilities. The location was excellent too.

I was there just for the day, but it felt like a lovely, quiet little spot tucked away only a minute from Broadwater and the Grand Hotel in Labrador. I’d recommend it for families.
