A few things in the kitchen were disappointing: the fridge leaked water onto its top shelf, and the electric stove's hot plates took ages to heat and cool. We used our own induction stove instead, which was faster and more energy efficient. On the plus side, Aldi, Woolworth, K-Mart and the centre of Lakes Entrance are all within an easy walk. We stayed five days at the motel in Oct/2025. The room was a good size, but old and in need of at least a coat of paint. Several taps leaked or were tight. There was no management on site, only a phone number with options for new reservations or after-hours emergencies, so I had to call reservations and was directed to a service desk at the next hotel, Belville. Eventually a service person replaced the completely worn tap washers. Then the cistern started leaking and had to be replaced too. These issues should have been dealt with before the room was rented. Don't expect too much for your money.
