We don't usually leave Google reviews, but Ivy May Cottages made us want to. Liam greeted us at the door and made us feel like old friends, almost like royalty. Our room had the charm of a quaint cottage with the splendour of a castle, and the whole house was beautifully decorated and spotless. We admired some of the artwork before learning that Joe, Susie and Liam’s son, had made it. Even the small touches had been thought through, including fresh scones with jam and cream. Liam also marked up a map for our stay with dinner spots and places to visit the next day. Breakfast the next morning was a treat: Susie made eggs, tomato, mushrooms and bacon, served on fresh bread with orange juice. Morning light came through the vintage lace curtain as we ate. We'd highly recommend Liam and Susie’s lovely B&B, if you can find a date we haven't booked.

We spent our wedding anniversary here and had a great long weekend. Liam and Suzie made us feel so welcome, and the breakfast each morning was amazing, with our requests taken care of. It was lovely and quiet, yet just a stone's throw from the main strip. Thanks for a great stay!

The kindest part of our one-night Ivy May Cottage stay in Oct '24 was the hosts, Suzie and Liam. They welcomed us with coffee and homemade scones, and were so lovely. The room was clean and very nice, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room, and breakfast was very good too.

Susie and Liam are wonderful people who give their all. We were blown away by the care, the lovely decor, the freshly baked treats and the hot breakfast. Best B&B in Victoria. Thanks to you both, beautiful souls. I'd highly recommend Ivy Mays Cottage.

I rarely give five stars because nobody's perfect, but this stay came as close as possible. The hosts were great, the breakfast was sublime and the location is hard to beat. I'll stay here again when we return.
