Monica was especially helpful during our stay. She called to say someone from the market had contacted the park after an iPad was left at their stall. It belonged to my father-in-law, and she helped make sure it got safely back to him. We're very grateful. Our family had a wonderful time at Koonwarra Holiday Park, staying in a Superior Villa and a one-bedroom apartment. The park was clean, well kept and centrally located, so it was easy to get around Lakes Entrance. My girls loved the pool and arcade ❤️. We'll keep this place in mind for our annual Lakes Entrance getaway.

There were a few letdowns. The swimming pool was very small, almost limited in its usefulness, and the kids' play area was old and not maintained. There were very few activities or places for children to play, and the internet was of no use. The arcade kept the kids busy, though it could be upgraded and have some free games. Our Luxury Villa was good, the location and holiday park were good too. Monica answered our questions, helped with early check-in and supported us throughout, so many thanks to her. We had a nice stay. And to reply to the response, I already thanked you for the early check-in and all the help. We used our own home quilts, as we usually bring our own quilts and sheets to holiday homes. We didn't touch the cabin ones. Thanks again.

The location made it easy to explore the local area and beaches, while still feeling peaceful and away from the busy parts. We left feeling refreshed and will definitely come back. Thanks, Koonwarra Holiday Park! Our cabin was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfy, and the outdoor space was lovely for morning coffee or an evening BBQ. The park's pool was sparkling clean and the playground was well kept. The team clearly cares about making the facilities work for guests of all ages. From arrival, the warm welcome set the tone. The grounds were beautifully maintained, with lots of greenery and a calm, family friendly feel. It was a wonderful stay.

The Budget Double Room was tidy and clean, though old and worn. There was no tea towel or dish sponge for washing up, so I left my own sponge. The short stairs up to the entrance had no handrail. I think paying extra for a better room would've been the right call.

Bill and Monica were so kind and welcoming, and the amenities were exceptionally clean. The games room was fantastic, with plenty to impress both kids and adults. This holiday park is a hidden treasure, easily the best stay I've ever had. I'd give it 1000 stars if I could, and can't recommend it enough!
