After a long drive, we were surprised with homemade cookies brought to our room by the service staff. The room was well equipped and clean, check-in was a breeze, and shops and places to eat are an easy walk away.

The hosts really seem to care about their customers. They even shared a message that sums it up, and the homemade cookies, fresh cream for the morning coffee and ice waiting when we arrived were such a nice surprise. Our room had a Nespresso machine, and both the rooms and grounds were super clean. It may be listed as a 4 star motel, but the friendly service made it feel like 5. Coming from Canada, we were glad to find it. Shops and restaurants are walkable, and we'd definitely return someday. Thanks for doing such a great job.

We were grateful to get an early check-in after a long trip. The staff were so accommodating, and our room was comfortable, clean and well kept. The location suited us perfectly, too. Great service and value, we'd happily stay again and recommend it.

The bed was comfy, the shower hot, and it was handy having a microwave and toaster. It was reasonably quiet, too. The motel is a bit far from shops, cafes and restaurants to walk to, especially on a cold, rainy day. So much for our mid-November stay! Every afternoon they brought fresh cookies, and they were soooo good. My small gripe is there's no bathroom heater, so you get cold stepping out of the shower. An IXL Tastic would be great.

The garden and outside areas could use a clean-up to make the motel more appealing, though we loved our stay overall. We had a pleasant two nights in a clean, comfortable room with good quality appliances, including a coffee machine and kettle. The linen was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were very polite and gave us homemade biscuits when we arrived.
