A nice budget motel with access to most tourist spots, so it's hard to go wrong. The owner seemed a bit asleep on the job, though. Can't complain overall, 4/5.

Everything was clean and tidy, with shady spots to sit. There's a warm, friendly welcome and a good setup for functions, plus a great beer garden with a pizza van as well as a restaurant. The pool, tennis court, and BBQ area are nice to have too.

We booked the Lodge for two nights with our family because our son's wedding venue was nearby. The Lodge was very clean, and its amenities were very good and met our expectations. We had a pleasant, enjoyable stay.

The pool area was the icing on the cake, beautifully renovated and super stylish, with nice chairs, a shower area, and neatly rolled towels on each lounger. The location is fab too, an easy walk to the main Street of this super cute country town. Lancefield Lodge exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely and well equipped, with a good mini bar, toaster, kettle, and excellent fridge that made it easy to settle in for a few days. Lovely bedding, nice mood lighting, good heating and cooling, and a good-sized bathroom.

We had a great two-night stay catching up with friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and I'd recommend staying here. The motel is well located in town, with lovely shady golden elm trees to sit under, an amazing swimming pool, and a tennis court. The wine bar and pizza caravan are a great addition. You should try the pizzas, they're the best we've had in a long time.
