The vineyard and farmland setting is stunning, almost picturesque, and feels like a mix of rural and regal. Our stay included a wine tasting, which was well worth it. The host was knowledgeable and bubbly, and the wines were fantastic. I'm usually not a white wine lover, but I bought a few bottles of the moscato from their vineyard because it went down so well. Then we had spectacularly cooked lamb with a few more of our favourite wines from the tasting. Next time I'm in Lancefield, the Grange will be my first stop, whether for a room or a wine, I haven't decided! A wonderful retreat in a wonderful Retreat.

The rooms were large and the beds super comfortable. A nice place for an overnight stop.

Bev and Moira gave excellent service, and I liked the place so much that my planned one-night stay turned into two.
