Outlander Cottage felt so authentic, and the hosts had thought of everything for a relaxing visit. There was a huge breakfast basket, plus a cupboard stocked with anything we needed or ran out of. The fireplace made it cozy and warm, and the bed and couch were comfy. Loved all the little details. I’d love to return one day.

The room’s theme and decor were lovely, and there were lots of thoughtful extras. Before arrival, the messages gave us exactly what we needed for checking in and parking. The shared laundry was handy, and there’s a grocery store an easy walk away. Getting there and driving back out was super easy.

My boyfriend and I spent one night in the outlander cottage while travelling through Tasmania. It’s a beautiful little hidden gem, and you can tell a lot of time and love went into it. Breakfast was prepared for us, with cozy touches throughout. I’d recommend it to anyone passing through Launceston.

A night I’ll remember. These lovely little heritage cottages have so many thoughtful details and great amenities, it seems they’ve thought of almost everything. We really enjoyed our stay, and I’d come back whenever I’m in Launceston.

Alice’s Cottages’ English cottage is lovely, with old rustic period charm, cracks and all. The gardens are stunning, there was plenty of breakfast food, and the attention to detail is wonderful. Communication was friendly and helpful the whole time. We’d definitely stay again. Love it 🥰
