The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the old building is beautiful. It’s mostly been kept in very good condition. We didn’t interact much with the managers, but that was fine with us.

The bathroom in our room was tiny, so we asked whether we could pay to move to a room with a larger bathroom and spa. There was availability, and we’d only gone into our room to look around, but they refused because we had already checked in. I wasn’t happy with the staff and wouldn’t recommend it.

Really enjoyed my stay. The building was amazing, and the rooms had an old-fashioned feel in a nice way. The windows and bathroom mirrors could use a better clean, though.

Kilmarnock is quite a nice place, but the rooms could use a bit more work. The quilts kept coming out during the night, and the wifi kept crashing. If the owners fix the wifi, that would earn the fifth star.

Mike was friendly and helpful, and the room was excellent. The spa and shower facilities were great as well. It’s within walking distance of town and the parks, and I’d happily stay here again.
