Suzanna was a delightful host and keen to help with anything, and breakfast was delicious. Windarra On High is a grand historic residence, with lovely period interiors and spacious, very comfortable rooms. It’s in a quiet, elevated neighborhood close to the center, with restaurants and major sights only a short drive away. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well for several nights. I hope I can return.

Jeff & Cathy were such lovely hosts, and the accommodation was absolutely gorgeous. It worked perfectly for our family of four. We’ll definitely be back!

The continental breakfast had a great range of fresh fruit, cereal, and juices. I stayed a few nights at Windarra on High with my sister and nephew visiting from the UK, and we all really enjoyed it. The property has been beautifully renovated and is close to central Launceston. I’d happily recommend it.

The Windmill Room was warm, spacious, clean, and neat, and parking out front on the road was never an issue. This B&B is in a beautiful heritage-listed building, full of character and charm. I loved just soaking up the atmosphere during my stay. It’s very close to the town center, but the walk there and back is hilly and steep. Still, the B&B was worth the climb and definitely worth a stay.

Debbie deserves a special mention, she knows so much and was a great source of information. The home has a lovely outlook over Launceston, and the staff were great. Susannah and Gordon, thank you. The continental breakfast was delicious too.
