The gardens were lovely to walk around, and the units had a peaceful, welcoming feel. They were very clean and had everything we needed. The new kitchen, paint and lounge flooring were nice, and the beds, bedding and sheets were really comfortable. The styling inside and out was a pleasant surprise. It’s great value, close to everything, and the location is superb. Paul & Julie are lovely and made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely stay again.

The nostalgic bathrooms took me right back to staying at my grandparents’ place as a child. The hosts are fantastic and clearly love the property and what they do. The units are cleverly equipped without feeling cluttered, and every one has a water view. The beds and linen were the best we’ve had anywhere. It’s close to everything, with a park across the road, and the price is exceptional. Booking directly through the pale pacific website came with a bottle of wine, a lovely surprise. We’ll be back and can’t recommend it highly enough.

It felt like a home away from home, and the staff were so welcoming. The place was modern and beautifully clean when we arrived, with amazing views and a great location. The big children’s park, beach and fish and chip shop were perfect for our little family. Definitely recommend it. We’ll be back ☺

We liked the accommodation and location, which we’d rate 4/5 stars. But people should know it’s managed by a real estate business, and there have been big changes for the worse. You could risk a disappointing holiday if you stay. Read the fine print.

We’ve stayed in the two-bedroom apartments, units 2&3, the one-bedroom unit 5, and deluxe studio unit 6. They were all comfortable and well equipped, though the studio’s more limited cooking facilities make it better for a short stay than an extended one. Pale Pacific has a laid-back, rustic beach holiday feel, with tidy living spaces, fully equipped kitchens, comfy beds, laundry facilities, pleasant seating areas and an outstanding view of Margate beach. It’s also close to Redcliffe esplanade, and the hosts and proprietors are the warmest you could ask for. This is my third visit, and we always enjoy it so much that I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when holidaying at Redcliffe. The home-away-from-home feel, prime location and very reasonable rates make it easy to recommend. Thanks again, Julie. Hope to see you soon!
