Staying with Annabelle and Richard was a wonderful experience. The hospitality was impeccable, and the stunning B & B exceeded what we expected, from the rooms and food to the warmth of the welcome.

Annabelle and Richard made us feel like family as soon as we arrived. They even put together a personalized breakfast, and kindly fired up the bbq so we could cook the trout we'd just caught for dinner in the beautiful garden. A great base for the northern midlands and central highlands. Highly recommended.

I ended up extending my solo summer stay by a few nights because I felt so at ease here. I left feeling rested and thoroughly spoilt, thanks to all the thoughtful little touches. There were fresh roses and sweet treats in my room, and Richard made a hearty breakfast with Annabell’s poached plums. Yum! The house is beautiful, the garden is lush, and even the cat and dog were lovely company. I'd recommend The Racecourse Inn to anyone after authentic, premium hospitality.

Annabelle and Richard made us feel so welcome during our short Tasmanian getaway. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with freshly picked roses from Annabelle’s garden, and Richard made an amazing breakfast. Thank you both! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The welcome was wonderful, and the establishment has a lovely, timeless elegance. Breakfast by the warm fire was just right, with the table set for either 7:30 or 8:30, so we could sleep in. Thanks for the treats and such warm hospitality. I'd love to come back and use this Inn as a base with family and friends to visit the vineyards and eateries around Launceston. We'll definitely return.
