The little things show how much the team cares, like giving us a room with a view when they can even if we booked a garden room. Nothing seems like too much trouble, and the staff keep finding ways to make our visits feel special. I've already written two reviews about their service, but they somehow keep topping themselves. After 35 years, Lorne Cumberland is still our absolute favourite place to stay. The rooms, facilities, and views are the best, and the service matches them and then some. We always look forward to dining here as part of the experience, too. We won't stay anywhere else. We've booked again for Easter already, and can't wait to come back. Lorne Cumberland never disappoints.

The ocean view from our apartment made mornings so relaxing, and the pool was clean, warm, and great for adults and kids alike. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and someone was always available when we needed anything. We also ordered food from The Salty Dog Lorne during our stay. It was delicious, fresh, full of flavour, and a total hit. A wonderful stay at Cumberland Resort, and we'll definitely be back.

Archie and Heath made our time at Cumberland Resort feel effortless and special. They were professional, friendly, attentive to details, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and they clearly care about giving guests a memorable stay. The resort is beautifully kept, in a perfect location, and offers a peaceful, luxurious escape amid lovely natural scenery. We'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Lorne. Thanks to the whole team, especially Archie and Heath!

We first stayed at Cumberland Resort five years ago after our Covid wedding and were so well looked after that we wanted to come back for our fifth anniversary. The staff are attentive and personal in how they treat us, and Heath was a rockstar who made us feel very welcome. We loved every minute. The rooms are great, the ocean view is fantastic, and it was the perfect weekend. We'll most certainly be back.

Heath and Leigh were so accommodating, and the customer service was first class. Our stay was short but wonderful. The room was spacious and very modern, and the new indoor pool, spa, sauna, and little kids' pool were inviting and relaxing. This place in Lorne ticks all the boxes. Can't speak highly enough of the service. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!
