The location is fantastic, but the service was lacking. Our room hadn't been cleaned properly when we arrived: the mirror, bathroom floor, carpet and kitchen were dirty, and there were Doritos crumbs under the bed. There were no power sockets beside the bed for charging. Housekeeping only changed the towels and took the rubbish the next day, and didn't make the bed. The following day we asked for clean sheets and were told we'd get full service, but by 5 pm nothing had happened. Reception then said there was no weekend cleaning, despite telling us the opposite that morning. We booked pet-friendly accommodation, but were charged an extra $120 per night for our dog, which hadn't been mentioned in the reservation. At other hotels we've paid a one-time fee that usually includes a bed or dish. This was incredibly expensive, and all we got was one tiny treat cookie. The service was quite deficient.

It's on a busy road in a concrete jungle among corporate buildings, and I wouldn't stay here again because of that. Closing the windows shuts out the noise, or you could ask for a room away from the road. The rooms are clean and the check-in staff were excellent. The setting doesn't change the excellent standard of the property.

The large shopping malls are about a 30-minute walk away, so keep that in mind if you won't have a rental car. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The oven didn't work, but my family managed to make dinner with the alternative cookware. The woman on the night lobby shift was especially kind and helpful, and seemed eager to assist visitors.

We've lost count of how many times we've stayed here, and the location, easy parking and adequate rooms keep bringing us back. Better the devil you know, right? Housekeeping is extremely lacklustre. Even when we ask for a clean, they do the bare minimum and don't even make the bed. The front desk staff are friendly enough, but they don't go out of their way to be warm or accommodating. And if you're hoping for an early check-in, forget it. It hasn't been an option on any of our last 6-7 stays. I put that down to their abysmal housekeeping.

The front desk staff were welcoming and professional throughout my visit. I booked a studio and it exceeded my expectations. Everything was in great shape, well maintained and spotless, and the room felt really cozy. I had a wonderful stay at quest.
