There was no access code left for the after-hours key pick-up when I arrived after the office had closed. It took 20 minutes to get anyone on either of the two listed numbers, and eventually someone came back to check me in. One of them checked the room and was meant to bring milk, but none was supplied. Nobody apologised for the hassle, which was disappointing. There were also police and paramedics at the property because of an incident in one room. A couple of permanent tenants were smoking right outside my room and yelling and screaming at 3am.

The sewer is blocked by tree roots and backing up, leaving a really unpleasant smell that can be overwhelming. There are sewer flies in the room, now "blow flies." The "manager" is very unpleasant and rude to his staff. He blames longer-term residents, who pay a discounted rate, and his staff for problems that are his own, like poor planning and implementation.

Really loved staying here. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the self-contained setup made for a pleasant stay all round. I'd happily recommend their hospitality 🙂

The room was clean and good value, and the location suited what we needed. Our fridge was set to its warmest temperature, so the seals didn't meet and the door wouldn't shut. We fixed it ourselves. The TV remote was a bit dodgy, but then we noticed the TV was switched off at the unit and got it working. Both issues probably need a look from you guys.

We had a fantastic stay with our group of five. The room was very clean and quiet, the service was great, and the location was spot on, just five minutes from the airport and from lots of nice restaurants. It was cheap, too. I don't really get what the complainers are whinging about, maybe it's the competition. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.
