Myconos Resort

The lift was a big help since we have mobility issues. The unit was beautiful, clean and had a great feel to it. Friendly staff, good service, a lovely pool, and a quiet spot close to everything. Just lovely.

Ann and Barry, the managers, were fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. We could walk to the beach, Maroochy Surf Club, restaurants and shops, and one of the main shopping centres was under a five minute drive away. The apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and was fully self contained, with secure undercover parking. We'll stay again.

I was in the area on my own for a family wedding, and the apartment felt just like home. It was amazing, clean and well appointed. Glen and Tyron were very helpful managers. I can't wait to bring my family here for a holiday.

Before making travel plans, make sure you have written correspondence from the resort. I booked Level 6 Ocean View at The Myconos Resort for Christmas 2022 and got a confirmation, but was later told they wouldn't honour it because the room already had another booking. They offered me a different room looking over buildings instead of the sea. I contacted Ann to talk it through, and calling her rude would be an understatement. She didn't seem interested in helping. I explained that if I'd lived interstate and booked flights after receiving the confirmation, I'd have been left at fault. Ann hung up while I was still speaking, then didn't reply to my email, which she'd asked me to send because she didn't believe I'd received a booking confirmation. People shouldn't be treated this way. If a customer makes a booking mistake, apparently there's no help, but if the establishment makes one, they can do whatever they like.
