We’d love to come back after our four-night stay on the top floor. The view kept changing and was amazing, and the apartment and location were great. It’s a lovely little family place, with just 22 apartments, and managers Shaun & Kalisse were always helpful and lovely. They even found me a bike to ride. Heather England (Devon)

The balcony gave us lovely views, and cafes, shops and the beach were all an easy walk away. We spent four nights at The Dunes Cotton Tree in a clean, very roomy two-bedroom apartment that was comfortable throughout. Parking was available, and the onsite managers, Brad and Tracey, were warm and accommodating. Thanks to them both. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Charlie & Natalie

The kids had loads of space to play, and we ate on the big balcony overlooking the river. The apartment had everything we needed, with roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds. Tracey was quick to answer our questions and made sure we had a great stay. It was our first time at The Dunes and we were very happy with it. The location is handy for nearby amenities and attractions, with Aussie World, Amaze World and Australia Zoo only a short drive away. We’d happily return, especially for a relaxing beach break without the crowds you get in Noosa or the Gold Coast.

Booking directly online was easy, and I’d choose The Dunes again for a future stay. The apartment had a large balcony with a table and chairs, plus a very comfortable lounge and bed, and plenty of space. Right in the middle of Cotton Tree, it’s surrounded by a great range of cafes, restaurants and boutiques for different tastes. The onsite managers, Tracey & Brad, were welcoming and happy to answer questions or have a chat.
