Really good value. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfortable, though I wasn’t keen on the pillows. We didn’t expect the complimentary continental breakfast the next morning, so that was a nice extra. The staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely stay with Nightcap again.

The manager helped my elderly friend find his seat and walked him over to where we were. The food was excellent, and the staff were really friendly.

I was there for a conference and found the room clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff really stood out, every person we met was helpful and friendly. I especially liked that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were vegan and cruelty-free, and smelled delicious.

The weekend buffet breakfast was included, which was a fabulous extra. The rooms were spacious and nicely presented, and the stay was good value. I was in Sydney for an event and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The arcade in the dining area was a perfect extra for our one-year-old, who stayed entertained and happy. We’ll come back when we’re in Sydney again. The bistro was great and reasonably priced, and the morning coffee was fabulous, it kept me feeling alive and human. The staff were lovely, especially the woman at reception. Sorry I didn’t get her name! My daughter looked forward to saying hello to her every day. Any issues we had were only minor, and they dealt with them promptly. They made us feel cared for, not like just another hotel guest.
