The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen facilities are fully equipped. The blackout curtains are the best, and made sure we got a good sleep. Some of the furniture is looking tired, and housekeeping was hit and miss, but it’s not bad for being right in the city. At check-in, though, the staff gave us a full-on pitch to upsell products and memberships if we attended their meetings. That’s the last thing you want while staying at a hotel.

It’s only a few years old, and the location is handy, between Southern Cross station and the centre of the CBD. Great place.

I was there for a barbecue with friends, and the facilities were great. There was a lovely view and a heated pool.

The neighbours were awful. They were always partying, and every morning there was vomit. So annoying and disgusting. The receptionist said I could call the police or pay for a cleaning service, and that they couldn’t do anything, so I had to clean it myself.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and made sure everything was right during my stay. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a great view of the city skyline. The design was modern and the place was spotless from the moment I arrived. The Williams Apartment Melbourne is conveniently close to the city’s main attractions, restaurants and public transport, while still feeling like a peaceful break from the bustle. It’s a lovely mix of comfort, style and convenience, whether you’re visiting briefly or staying longer. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.
