Quiet nights, with birds chirping at dawn, made this a lovely place to get away from the bustle. The B&B has a great feel and is self-sufficient, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Shops, a supermarket, cafes, a playground and museum in Yarra Junction are all a short walk away. Julie and Brian fitted us in at the last minute and had the unit clean, tidy and warm for our arrival. They even offered to leave the porch light on if we got in late, which was well beyond the usual service. Communication was clear, and the access instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommend this B&B!

We found 3 Kings Bed & Breakfast in Yarra Junction peaceful yet conveniently placed for wineries, walking trails and local cafes. The private villa-style units had lovely furnishings and were spotless, with the hosts' care clear throughout. The quality linens, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed all made a difference, and the spa bath was a welcome treat after exploring the Yarra Valley. There's a warm, inviting feel to the place, with comfort and luxury in the details. A great choice for a romantic getaway or a quiet retreat. Highly recommended!

Julie was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, and arranging the booking was easy and stress-free. The cottage is close to local amenities but still feels like a little escape. Its lovely views add to the relaxing atmosphere, and the modern decor feels inviting, with thoughtful little extras that made us feel at home. A memorable stay, and we can't wait to come back.

One of the nicest holiday stays we've had. The house was well furnished and self-contained, so it felt like home, and the hot tub was a lovely extra. It's close to town for supplies or a visit to the local pub, and only a short drive from all the great things to see in the Yarra Valley.

Julie was incredible when my family needed a room at the last minute late at night, under difficult circumstances. She went out of her way to get it ready and made us feel very welcome. The room and facilities were fantastic too. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, Julie!
