The lifts are constantly being repaired, and there are only two for the whole building. When one does arrive, it's packed to the rafters, with a long queue behind it. Expect a very, very long wait. You'd be better off taking the stairs.

Building management has improved a lot since Josh and Anthony arrived at concept blue. They're absolute stars, genuine, helpful and professional. We're very grateful to have them.

The manager was accommodating and helpful when I had no one else to assist me with my hard rubbish. He's doing what you'd expect of him. Thank you, and keep safe!

The manager is rude and unprofessional, and has threatened tenants without respecting their dignity. Maybe the building doesn't have enough money to hire a professional manager or even an educated person.

Greg, you're the best! Thanks for helping me identify the double parker who was occupying my car space. Without your help today, I wouldn't have been able to get to work. I really appreciate it.
