The latest plan is version three: the owner has applied to vary the building permit so a supermarket can go on the lower ground floor, and images of the proposed building have been posted. The site, covering the block on the southwest side between Stanley and Rosslyn Streets, was back on the market on 24 February 2019 with a permit for apartments. Other, much larger residential projects nearby were already under construction, so the suburb was expected to look very different within a year. The original proposal was for a multistorey apartment complex with a mix of unit sizes.
