We spent ages stuck in the lobby while staff tried to fix a check-in mistake. They gave us the wrong key, so we couldn’t enter the building or use the elevator, and nobody seemed in much of a rush to sort it out. It ruined the start of our stay. A hotel should be able to get something as basic as the right key to its guests right. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The views are amazing, and the price is affordable for a place right in the heart of the cbd. The apartments are in immaculate condition, with top-quality features, products and appliances. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. Don’t bother looking elsewhere.

At the Madison building, my friend, who lives there, came into the lobby to have a quick chat with me because it was cold outside. We’d just bumped into each other. The receptionist, “Ankit,” shouted at us from behind the desk, calling out, “guy!! This is the lobby not a cafe!! If you have to chat then go to cafe.” Seriously? The lobby is one of the amenities. I’d have understood if he’d pointed out a sitting area upstairs, but sending us away to a cafe was none of his business. He was extremely rude.

A woman we didn’t know attacked us while we were having a barbeque in the garden. Doğuş and Chris saved us, and we’re very grateful to them.
