The beds were super comfortable, and I'm a pretty fussy sleeper. The kitchen was small but handy, though we only used it for drinks and nibbles. Great parking on site, and they even let us use two spaces at no extra charge. The man at the front desk was friendly and quick to reply to Airbnb messages. It's close to the CBD without being noisy or ridiculously expensive, and the trams are a short walk away. A couple of small things: one bedroom had no fly screens, so mosquitoes and flies could get in at night. The air-con didn't cool the bedrooms enough for me because I'm a hot rock, but there were pedestal fans in both rooms. I'll probably stay again!

Adam and his team were so kind and accommodating during our two-week stay while our son was having heart surgery at the Royal Children's Hospital. Being able to travel back and forth for pre-op and post-op appointments, and while he was in ICU and on the wards, made the location perfect for us. The rooms could do with some upgrades, but Adam and the lovely woman at reception, whose name I sadly don't know, provided anything we needed. The rooms were cleaned every day and had all the basic amenities. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for looking after us through such a difficult time.

During a traumatic and distressing time for us at RCH, Adam was so caring, kind, flexible and helpful. We're very grateful and would absolutely stay again. Apartments on Chapman were clean, spacious and comfortable, with well-stocked kitchenettes and laundry facilities. They're also within walking distance of RCH.

Adam was great to deal with, responsive and informative, and made booking easy even though our dates were flexible and we booked months ahead. The location is especially handy if you need to be near the Royal Children’s Hospital or other hospitals. Public parks, pools, local shops and a major supermarket are all within walking distance.
