Arthurs Views

We loved sitting and watching the birds and other wildlife, and even got treated to a storm. We stayed three nights in the Murray Suite, and the view was unbelievable, even better than the photographs. The room was very clean, with a modern bathroom and a brilliant spa bath. We had everything we needed, though a couple more drinking glasses and some different, higher pillows would have been nice. We know everyone likes different pillows, and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended, we’ll be back.

We loved the double-sized hot tub, a luxurious touch that made the stay even more comfortable. On our last day we spotted a few kangaroos in the garden, seemingly having a party of their own. A charming, memorable moment, and thanks for the farewell gift. We stayed in the Chapman Spa Suite at Arthurs Views Luxury Mornington Peninsula accommodation. It was clean, quiet and comfortable, a peaceful escape from everyday life. It was a little tricky to find at first, but well worth the effort for the spectacular garden and ocean bay views. Everything was just as we expected. We highly recommend it to anyone after a peaceful, beautiful retreat, and will definitely return.

The bay view from our suite was spectacular, and we really enjoyed the stay. The location and styling were fantastic, but I wouldn’t call it a luxury place. We booked through Luxury Stays and expected “luxury,” so the cleaning details were disappointing. There were no hand towels or handwash in the bathroom. It looked neat and tidy at first, but closer up there was mould on the shower shelf and around the basin drain. I also found spiderwebs on the toilet ceiling and entryway table, and the bedside coasters were sticky.

We had a beautiful, relaxing getaway as a couple and highly recommend it. When I contacted the team with a special request, they went above and beyond. Excellent customer service, and Renee was so kind. We really appreciate everything she did, thank you!
