The three stars are only for the elderly gentleman who showed me the room. He was polite and helpful, and seemed embarrassed when I pointed out there was no WiFi. “Really? There’s supposed to be!” The sheets didn’t seem fresh to me, there was no room service, and traffic noise was loud. There was only free to air TV. Skip this motel.

The staff were absolutely lovely and willing to help, but the stay was ridiculous. My partner and I spent one night there, and it was among the worst places I’ve stayed. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. There was mould on the walls, and the shower curtain was so mouldy inside that it was fluffy and black. The shower had no water pressure or hot water. We also came home with bed bugs. It may be cheap, but it’s not worth the money.

We only stayed one night because we wanted to be closer to my unwell aunty, but ended up deciding the 30 minute drive to Quest Cheltenham was absolutely worth it. This motel was disgusting: cockroaches, bed bugs, mould, broken windows, a smell, and poor cleaning. The two bedroom apartment had just one cup and one plate. The poor older gentleman was very apologetic about everything. Avoid at all costs.

Alan was lovely and very helpful, the location was good, and the pool was nice. But there were ants everywhere, the decor was very old, and the front room had traffic noise. A room booked for three had only two of everything, including spoons, plates, and towels. In the room right by the pool, a scantily clad woman had men constantly coming and going, to the point that even our 13 year old asked what was happening. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family friendly stay.
