The shower was awful. We couldn't get the temperature right, it was either boiling hot or freezing cold, so we were reluctant to use it. To avoid third-degree burns, we ended up showering at Alba Hot Springs, 10 minutes down the road. The room was also incredibly noisy. You could hear every car pull up and every conversation in the next rooms, so there wasn't much privacy. Fix the shower and I'd consider coming back. My partner and I booked the King room at The Keith Motel for a little getaway. The room was lovely and clean, parking was right outside, and it suited my hubby, who likes to keep an eye on his pride and joy. The location was good, about 30 minutes from Mornington Main Street. Other than those problems, we had a nice stay.

The beach is a five-minute walk away, and it was very peaceful, about an hour out of melborne. The keypad locks made arriving after hours easy, since the code was sent straight to my phone and check-in time didn't matter. We got a package deal through red ballon, which made it reasonable value. It's much nicer than other places in the area, and a must-stay. We'll definitely be back. The place was beautiful and the room very clean, with a TV that had Netflix and other options. The Wi-Fi and coffee pod machine didn't work, but those were small downsides among many positives. I recommend it.

The biggest problem was the noise from every car and truck on Point Nepean Rd all night and into the morning. I woke up unrested and was glad to leave. If you stay, bring earplugs, and don't pay what we did. We decided on an impromptu night away, and after reading most of the reviews, thought $230 for the room seemed reasonable. I was bitterly disappointed. Both the room and bathroom were tiny, and the bed wasn't especially comfortable.

The Keith motel is a lovely little spot! The rooms are small but still spacious and comfortable. There's a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, plus a mini kitchen with a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster for snacks or breakfast. Cafes and bars are just minutes away, and the sandy beaches are across the road, so it's really convenient. My partner and I had a little weekend getaway here and loved it. Definitely recommend. 🩷🩷

A little gem in a very popular tourist area. The room and bathroom were really clean, and we were impressed by the modern, clean amenities. The Keith Motel in Tootgarook, Victoria is highly recommended. We liked it enough to book another two nights this week. Keep it up, The Keith Motel, and thank you! The location is perfect for a quiet stay, close to the beach and just minutes by car from Rye and Rosebud, or a 15-minute walk.
