Freshwater Apartments - Corporate Keys

We'd confirmed the booking a week earlier, but they canceled it because the previous guest extended their stay. We're leaving the country soon, so this is incredibly frustrating and unfair. Now we have to find somewhere else at a higher rate. I wouldn't book here again, the way they handle cancellations feels risky and unreasonable.

The staff at Corporate Keys were friendly and professional, and the building itself was excellent. It's also right by the river and the CBD, a great spot to stay in Melbourne.

So far, it's been a really pleasant stay. The staff have been great and have easily sorted out every annoying thing I've accidentally thrown their way ;)

Booking straight through their website was a nightmare. The bookings department was slow and couldn't even provide basic service. Easily the worst booking experience.
