The location is great, and the place could be a much better stay if more care went into cleaning and upkeep. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while: the kitchen sink drain was clogged with old food, there was food under the microwave, the bin lid and benches were dirty, and the toilets hadn't been scrubbed. The curtains need mending too. I took photos, though I'm not sure where to post them. I definitely wouldn't cook there.

This building is run down and poorly maintained, and the cleaning and hygiene are well below standard. The tennis court is damaged, the pool is dirty, and the lifts look as if they haven't been cleaned properly in at least six months. There are three lifts, but only one works. It's been five months and the others still aren't working. Not worth the money, and it should be rated one star. This place is a joke. Don't stay here.

The concierge staff, especially Bert and Jeremy, are always happy to help, and that's the one star. They can't control the cleaning or maintenance, which MICM handles. I've lived here nearly six years, and over the last 24 months upkeep has deteriorated quickly even as body corporate fees rose to about $5500 a year. My bike was stolen from the rack in the locked garage, and management seemed not to care. When I asked them to check security footage, they said they couldn't access it for “privacy reason”. One of the three lifts is always out of order waiting for repair, then breaks again within a week. The lift floors and mirrors are grimy, and the level carpets look dirty, with maybe a weekly clean if that. I've seen cleaners run a smelly mop over the lift floor and spray it with a nauseating artificial deodoriser like cheap toilet cleaner. The stench is getting so strong I'm worried about my health and often feel like I'm choking. I've complained to MICM body corporate many times, but they don't investigate further or change cleaning companies. Bitterly disappointed by how far the building has gone downhill.

The mezzanine work was supposed to be finished by December 2024 and still isn't. Across the building's 35 floors, just one lift has been working for the last 4-5 months, with two only occasionally working if we're lucky. The wait can hit 30 minutes, and people cram into the lifts like sardines without any courtesy. The body corporate and building management don't seem to care. It's been awful living here. Avoid buying or renting in this building.
