A big thank you to the overnight shift for helping sort out my accommodation. After a very stressful day, Jessie, Pratham, and Seki turned the evening around and made the night enjoyable. The pub was clean and well presented, and the service was outstanding. I really appreciated their professionalism, kindness and willingness to help. That customer service made a real difference. The chips were great, crisp outside and fluffy in the middle, while the salad was a basic pub salad. We went for the bistro’s Wednesday Steak Night at $25 and both ordered the 300gram porterhouse with chips and salad. We asked for medium rare, leaning toward rare, and both steaks came out just right. The mushroom gravy was cream-based and the creamy garlic sauce was very garlicky; both were average. Good value, friendly service and food came quickly.

I had lunch at Millers Inn in Altona with my Edge group. The food was yummy as we’d hoped, and the staff’s customer service was great. They had such a friendly, positive attitude and made us feel welcome. Big thumbs up to the team for the service!

The food was great, prices were good and the servings were really generous. Service was great too, and the lady was very helpful. She even helped me install the pub+ app so I could get 30% off food and drinks. I’d definitely come back again. 😊
