Jenna was a wonderful host, and nothing was too much trouble. I had everything I needed, and my little Pappion Mr Logan made himself right at home. He settled in quickly and seemed very content in his own little puppy retreat. I’ve just spent an extended amount of time at Morton Brae and highly recommend it. The bath is to die for, the front balcony is perfect for an afternoon book, and the gas lift windows in the kitchen bring the beautiful Dandenong’s inside. There’s a big comfortable bed with lovely soft pillows. Make sure you visit the bakery a short walk down the street, yummmmmmm.

The log fire was the highlight, making the place so warm and cosy on cool evenings. Jenna met us when we arrived and was super friendly, accommodating our requests and going out of her way to make us welcome. The house is beautiful, completely renovated to a high, modern standard, and immaculately clean. It was easy to find and had every mod con we could think of, including Nespresso, a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryers and fast internet. Local shops, good restaurants and the Puffing Billy steam railway are a short drive away, and we recommend them. This was a big step up from anywhere I’ve stayed before. Hope to come back, and can’t thank you enough for a wonderful stay.
