The owner was lovely, friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful. The room was tidy and had all the handy amenities, and the spa was great. It had such a cosy, welcoming feel. We loved staying here and will definitely come back. 10/10.

Laurie, the manager, was friendly and welcoming, but I still can't recommend this accommodation. The rooms felt gloomy, especially the bathroom, and the stained flooring made the lack of cleanliness pretty clear. The property seems neglected, and the actual units look nothing like the photos online. I wouldn't stay again.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy, though the place could use an update. Lorry was a great host. Since it's right on the highway, you can't walk anywhere, but Mornington shopping strip is only a 3-4 minute drive away, with lots of cafes and restaurants to pick from.
