The only thing this place has going for it is the location. We stayed in two two-bedroom apartments, and both were filthy, with dust and dirt everywhere. It felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The whole building smelled and was run down. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were so high that we all ended up with sore necks. Some permanent tenants seemed to be bringing in late-night visitors to make extra cash. The price wasn’t budget, but the accommodation was. I’ve stayed in cleaner backpackers.

We were there for three nights. The apartment was clean and in a good location, and it was livable and quite comfortable, though a bit smaller than advertised. The extra bed had replaced the sofa and was awkwardly placed. Apart from those issues, everything was fine.

Great location, but I wouldn’t return after staying in a two-bedroom apartment in March. Construction made it very noisy, and the air conditioner was noisy too. We couldn’t open the windows while waiting two days for them to be fixed. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom sink was really small.

The place is run down, the bed is just a roll-out and uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi is barely usable. They didn’t provide toothbrushes or soap. At night there was a homeless person sleeping at the entrance. This is the worst apartment I’ve stayed in. Please don’t stay here.

John at reception was friendly and kept in good communication with us. Our room had all the essentials, and the apartment was handy for Chinatown, trams, cafes and shopping centres. I’ll definitely stay here again.
