Park House

The good parts were the location, a comfortable bed, and a good shower. But the hotel is old and hasn’t been renovated, and the cleaning wasn’t done properly. There was dust all over the carpet around the bed, a dirty bathroom floor in places, and a used cotton swab behind the bedside table when I arrived. When I came back to the hotel at 11pm on a Saturday, the staff were rude. I’ve had enough and don’t plan to return.

I’ve stayed here several times, and every visit has been more than satisfactory. The staff are caring, attentive, and accommodating, and they do as much as they can to meet my needs, even with last-minute requests. The location in the heart of kings way is really easy to get to, and the prices are unbeatable because they accommodate your needs and timing. They’re one of the few places that really seem to care about customers. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait for my next visit. Thanks to the city park hotel team.

We booked through Booking because this was the cheapest hotel we found, then called directly to pay cash and got a small discount. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are a bit old school, but the location is good, parking on the property is free, and our twin room was a good price. The room wasn’t dirty and the beds were good. For what we paid, we can’t complain. Pretty good overall, thanks City Park Hotel.

The location was perfect for what we needed, and we arrived in a positive mood, but the welcome was rude. There wasn’t even basic courtesy, like asking if we were having a good day. She went straight to the price in a blunt tone, then raised her voice when the card had an issue. City park flop, you lost a good payment there. Don’t stay if you don’t want to get booted onto the street.
