The staff were kind and helpful, and the neighbourhood felt peaceful and safe. We stayed a few nights while bringing our daughter to University. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable and convenient. A supermarket, restaurants, cafés and a shopping mall were all within a five-minute walk.

We booked three two-bedroom apartments for our son's wedding at a nearby venue, and they worked perfectly for the family, groom and groomsmen to get ready. There was plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and cafés, restaurants and the shopping area were all within walking distance.

Erin, the hotel manager, made everything easy and enjoyable. She was professional, warm and ready to help with anything we needed, and it was clear she pays close attention to the guests and the way the place is run. We'd definitely stay again, thanks to her.

The location is lovely, quiet and close to shops and restaurants, and we'd definitely come back to Quest Bundoora. The hotel was spotless and the staff were welcoming throughout. We appreciated the early check-in and late checkout, and they also looked after our bags after checkout, which helped a lot. Amelia deserves a special mention. Before we arrived in Melbourne, I called every couple of days with questions, and she always answered and made sure I had the information I needed. She put in a lot of time and effort. Mel checked us in and out with a smile, quickly and smoothly, with no wait. Thanks for a great stay, highly recommend!
