Quest NewQuay

For my one night in Melbourne before flying home, the room had everything I needed. It felt luxurious, especially the very roomy bathroom. Ride share drop off and pick up were easy, the water was a block away, and there were world-class restaurants nearby. Lots of families were out in the evening, which made the area feel very safe. I'll be back.

Since 2023, my friends and I have stayed at Quest NewQuay in Docklands whenever we come to Melbourne for a short trip. It's been lovely every time. The rooms are cosy, clean, and comfortable, and the customer service is excellent. We always feel welcome and will keep coming back! :)

The location worked perfectly, with the 86 tram right there for trips into the city and plenty of shopping close by. There's a little IGA opposite and Brotherhood, an awesome cafe, just around the corner. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Best shower I've ever had! Definitely coming back.

Having a wheelchair accessible tram stop right on the doorstep for route 86 to Bourke Street mall was a big help. This setup is especially useful when travelling with people with disabilities. I called reception at 10am while we were on our way to the city to ask about parking, and they booked us a space and said the room was ready if we wanted to check in early. The reception team were very helpful, and the room servicing team were great too. Nothing was a problem. The accessible adjoining rooms were ideal for our family. In many places, groups of more than two need to book an accessible room plus a separate second room, but that wasn't necessary here. The rooms were clean and spacious, with everything needed for self contained stays, including a washing machine and dryer. The balconies were great for fresh air and views.
