The staff and the vibe make this feel like home, always with a big warm smile. It's convenient, close to tram and train stations, and has a cooking stove and the essentials, even salt and pepper. The staff are supportive and the cleaning team is professional. Coffee lovers have an experienced barista just around the corner, patient about customising your drink. Highly recommended, and I'm confident I'll come again.

The space was large and had a homely feel, and it's so close to Melbourne while staying really quiet. Accessibility is fantastic too. The team at Quest on Dorcas went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and seamless. We'll be back whenever we need to stay in Melbourne.

6/10
The rooms were quiet, clean, and very well equipped, with windows that actually open and a really good shower head. The location is great, with lots of parkland nearby including Botanic Gardens, an easy tram ride or walk to CBD, and IGA and takeaways close by. The rooms and corridors had an overpowering smell of that awful bubble gum scented cleaner you get in public toilets. Bleach, pine 'o' clean, or something citrus-y would have been much less offensive. The rooms were also dingy and grey, with worn carpets, partly broken curtains, and sheets that weren't very white. Still, a great location. I appreciate the response to my review.

We were in town for a wedding at the botanical gardens, so the location was perfect. The apartment was quiet and very comfortable, with plenty of space, good maintenance, and all the equipment we needed.
