Quest On William

The rate was good and the location worked well, but the bed arrangement was a real hassle. The website and confirmation email both offered either two singles or a queen at no extra cost. Then, two days before we arrived, I got a call saying it would cost $50 per room to set up two singles. I pointed out that fee wasn't disclosed and that the offer felt like false advertising. They wouldn't budge much and charged us $50 anyway. When we got there, the beds still hadn't been split, so we had to call room service to sort it out.

William and Pepper were wonderful, going out of their way to help and even arranging the coach service for us. The rooms are roomy and have basic cooking utensils and cutlery, and the central air-conditioning kept the air moving and our stay comfortable. There's also a tram stop right outside, which makes the location fantastic. Two thumbs up for the service!

Kannie at the front desk made check-in and check-out easy and stress-free. She was kind, welcoming, professional, and really looked after us. We also loved how spacious and clean the room was, with plenty of room for our family to relax. The view was a lovely surprise, especially at night, and made the stay memorable. We enjoyed our time at Quest and would happily return and recommend it to friends and family.

The location is great, with tram stops all around, and we still had a lovely stay. The accommodation was clean, but it feels like an old car from 1995: it gets the job done, though the wear and age show. Our room was missed for a couple of days of servicing, and the front desk couldn't explain why. The double key card setup is clunky, and parking is there but tricky. The gym is tiny and terrible, like trying to work out in a prison cell. 🤣
