ReadySet Apartments at Lighthouse

The view from our skyapartment was stunning, though for the $1000 I paid for three nights I expected more from the room. It was missing a quarter of the sofa, there was just one wine glass, and there was no hand soap for washing our hands. Big thanks to Amy for arranging the 68th floor for me and my girlfriend for our anniversary. Thanks also to the staff for storing our luggage and allowing us a late checkout. I would give five stars and a big thank you for that.

The apartment was clean and nicely presented, which made the constant noise from the lifts especially frustrating. A very high-pitched sound kept coming from them throughout our stay. It was disruptive at night and woke us early every morning, making it hard to sleep properly and affecting our comfort. I hope management deals with it, because otherwise the apartment was in good condition.

It was a bit of a mixed stay. The rooms were spacious, the location was great, and the essentials were supplied. But there were stains on the bedroom carpets, and the washing machine wasn't working properly. One key often wouldn't lock the door, though luckily our other set worked fine. The bed was really hard, and there was only one quilt. The pool area was very slippery, and there's no front desk reception.

The views were stunning, and the staff made us feel welcome while staying professional. Our room was clean and well appointed, and the hotel's location worked well. We had a very enjoyable stay.
