Roomerang at Parque Apartments 7

I’m very impressed with this building. It’s in a quiet part of St Kilda Road, with beautifully kept gardens that feel like an oasis in summer. Access to Albert Park Lake, Fawkner Park, The Alfred Hospital and public transport is second to none. The building is kept very clean, with cleaning contracted to RealCorp. John, a dedicated worker from Colombia, does a terrific job. The concierge service is high standard too.

My partner lives here, so I visit quite often. There are some nice places to eat nearby, and a busy tram stop is practically at the door. The building also has a pool, library, gym, conference room, and big dining and BBQ areas. If I could afford it, I’d probably want to live here too 😅

The outside glass is dirty, and I don’t know how often it gets cleaned. It certainly hasn’t been cleaned in the last six months. The apartments in the middle are dark, and the basement leaks whenever there’s heavy rain.

Don’t work for this building. They used our company, our staff and our subcontractors, then chewed us up and spat us out. We spent six months fixing their defects, and the invoices are still unpaid.
