The bathroom was schmick and the beds were comfy. There’s a good range of food and drinks at reception, including a few local brews. The lads running the place were helpful when my remote stopped working. I’ll be back soon.

Neat, clean and tidy, with helpful staff and very good prices. The number 11 Tram is literally 30 seconds away, the train is 3 minutes away, and Thornbury’s cappuccino strip is a 5-minute walk. I’d stay again. Good luck.

The street was really noisy, and there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom drains. The room itself was quite decent and fairly clean, with an excellent price. The furniture was very dated, of course.

A lovely place for a quiet stay, with a peaceful garden. The owners have thought about what guests need. Get some food at reception, enjoy the big spa room, then hop on the number 11 tram outside to the CBD. Stay two or three nights and you’ll be happier. Rosalie.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the St Georges Motor Inn. Check-in and checkout were smooth and stress-free, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Our room was comfortable, clean and well cared for. We appreciated the attention to detail and warm atmosphere. Highly recommend this motel for pleasant surroundings and great service. We’ll definitely return.
