The room was awful. The linen was disgusting, it smelled terrible, and the place next door had its windows and doors boarded up. Friends of ours had booked a room, but when they arrived the on-call guy showed no interest in helping them get in. After a long wait, they were finally shown a room that looked like a crime scene. They said no and asked for a refund, though they aren't hopeful about getting one. Reading the reviews, it seems most of the positive ones are about the pub and hotel next door, mentioning food and bar staff, rather than this place. It deserves negative stars. I can't think of anything good to say, and it may be the worst hotel I've ever been to.

She was really kind and professional, and did a beautiful job with my hair. I'm very happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend!

The room was generally tidy, but the bedding was clearly dirty and hadn't been changed between guests. At 5am I woke up with bed bugs crawling on my back, and couldn't get back to sleep. Very disappointed.

We paid for two rooms for two nights and left within five minutes. One bedroom had vomit in it, and the other room's microwave had cereal that looked like it had been there for at least five days. The bathrooms were revolting too. I really wonder how this place is still open.

The rooms were disgustingly dirty, and the staff were rude and obnoxious, with no understanding of customer service. Stay here at your own risk.
