Bayview Apartments Merimbula

The balcony outlook over the lake is unbeatable, with the main beach right behind us. Our family of four has been coming back for years, since the kids were little. We usually stay in apartment no. 7 on the top level, and it's always comfortable and spotlessly clean. Just got home from another lovely summer break at Bayview. We'll be back!

We came back for a second week-long stay, and Bayview still feels like our little piece of paradise. Fishpen Rd is a great spot, right by Boggy Creek/ Great Merrimbula Channel, with marine birds and stunning views around Merimbula, including Mitchies Jetty, Main Beach and the town centre. It's practical and easy to get around, and a lovely place for a real break. Tony and Ros, the live-in managers, make guests feel welcome. They're always working to keep the property and apartments pristine, and their attention to detail is unusual these days. They go the extra mile, whether that's a chat as you're heading out or helping if something comes up. Our apartment was fresh, clean and tidy throughout, from the beds and bathroom to the kitchen and dining/lounge room. That family-friendly feel comes through in the little details Tony and Ros look after. The pool is cleaned each morning by Tony and is wonderful on a hot summer day. It's heated for cooler days too. The grounds are well kept, including the BBQ area, front yard and adjoining gardens. Nothing seems overlooked. Thanks again, Tony and Ros, for a flawless stay. We noticed all your hard work and dedication.

We loved being just a short walk from our favourite fishing spot, and we're already looking forward to another visit. Bayview is ideally placed for our family, since we love fishing, beaches and photography. It’s the perfect location for enjoying Merimbula. Ros and Tony make you feel so welcome that you want to tell people about the place, even though it's one of those spots you almost want to keep to yourself.

Everything we could need was in the room, and the position in Fishpen was perfect. The managers were lovely, and we felt comfortable asking them anything, though we didn't need to. I've never seen a cleaner BBQ! We couldn't have been happier with our stay and will be back.
