The layout is spread over five levels, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies and a little patio. We got used to the stairs, though this place wouldn't suit anyone who struggles with them. The views are fantastic, and town is an easy walk away, but the return trip uphill is tougher. Everything was very clean.

No.13 unit is easily the best! There's loads of storage, including double mirrored wardrobes, and the bedroom looks out over the lake and ocean. We spent time on the lounge room balcony, which has seating and would be great for whale watching season. The full kitchen has both indoor and outdoor seating, with another lovely view. The unit is within walking distance of the boardwalk, shops and beach. There's also a super clean outdoor pool and BBQ area, plus covered parking right by the door. Plenty of cafes, food and drinks to choose from, and the locals are so friendly. It felt like home away from home :)

The kids loved our school spring break here, and we thought it was probably the best value holiday accommodation we've had in years. The units were well equipped and looked after, and we could walk to shops and attractions. The views of Merimbula Lake and the main beach were fantastic, possibly the best around. Mike was a very nice manager.

Home No.26 has modern furniture, though the TV picture quality was really poor, so maybe it's a good excuse for an electronics detox. The accommodation worked well for our big family, with a lovely outlook towards the oyster farms. Being in central Merimbula made it easy to get to Mcdonalds, and the beach by the playgrounds is about a 30-minute walk. I'd recommend it to friends for a holiday.

There are four internal staircases connecting the different areas, so this won't work well for anyone with mobility issues. The place itself was comfortable, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining and lounge areas, a carport, and two small balconies with tables and chairs. The estuary, lake and ocean views were amazing.
