The wildlife and nature made this feel like a wonderful sanctuary. We stayed at the Golden Whistler for our third wedding anniversary, and the beautiful, private house was surrounded by animals. It felt like camping, but in a luxurious way. Such a relaxing way to celebrate our marriage and my 13th anniversary in Australia. We loved it and would like to return in winter for that cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the spa under its glass roof and the clear, starry sky, which was a shame. The place was spotlessly clean and very spacious, in a tranquil spot that’s still central to Busselton, Dunsbrough and Margaret River. We loved the bush walking trails and having a drink at the gazebo overlooking the lake.

The chalets are beautifully set up, with a big bedroom and bathroom and plenty of room in the living and kitchen areas. They feel secluded and private, and there are lovely walking trails on the property. Such a heavenly place to unwind. We’ll be back!

Chalet Boobook Owl was just like the photos, and we loved the spa and sky window. The bed was huge and so comfortable, and all the little touches made us feel special. Magic weekend, restful and relaxing in nature, with a couple of visits from the local wildlife. Just the luxury and rest we needed.

The bath was amazing, and having an EV charger available was really convenient. We had a fantastic four-night stay and would definitely come back.
