The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had plenty of space, with a table and a lounge. We really enjoyed our overnight stay and I’d stay again. It was a bit musty, though, and the shower was terrible: it went from boiling hot to no heat at all, with very little water pressure.

A lovely balance of professionalism and friendliness from everyone on staff made this a very pleasant stay. Thank you, Emma, Leonie and Rachel. I also really enjoyed the chef’s wonderful dinner and the good selection of quality wines. I was so pleased to stay here, it was perfect. See you all again.

The food was so good that I stayed almost two weeks and didn’t eat dinner anywhere else. The room was clean and tidy, and every staff member was really friendly and ready to help, even when this idiot locked himself out in the middle of the night. I’d never been to Mildura before, but when I come back, this is where I’ll stay. Nothing bad to say.

The host was really informative and helped me choose where to eat. I got an upstairs room, which I hate, but otherwise this was a top place: clean, tidy and with a very comfy bed. I’ll definitely stay again.

We had a great time in Mildura, and the staff at Best Western Chaffey were friendly and helpful. The one thing that disappointed us was having no room service, breakfast or dinner for two of our four days. One day was a Sunday and the other a public holiday, but we don’t recall being told this when we booked. There was no mention of a discount or compensation either.
